Emirates ITS provides technology and digital engineering services including digital product engineering, custom software, mobile app development, SaaS and MVP platforms, web applications, cloud platform engineering, data analytics, AI and intelligent automation, game development, payment and FinTech integrations, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate proposals, statements of work, or contracts agreed with each client.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
- Scrape or harvest content without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, and software — is owned by Emirates ITS or its licensors and clients and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Portfolio screenshots and product names may belong to clients or third parties and are shown for illustration. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Ownership of custom software, designs, and deliverables created for clients is addressed in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-specific work product transfers to the client upon full payment.
4. Consultations & Enquiries
Information submitted through contact forms, appointment bookings, or email is used to evaluate your request, send confirmation messages, and communicate with you. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract. A project engagement begins only when both parties sign an agreed proposal or contract.
5. Testimonials & User Content
If you submit a testimonial or review (including through review platforms or invite workflows we support), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, publish, and use that content on our website and marketing materials. You confirm that your submission is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and general information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
