Emirates ITS provides technology services including mobile app development, web development, custom software, ERP solutions, AI systems, cloud solutions, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate proposals, statements of work, or contracts agreed with each client.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest content without our written permission

Ownership of custom software, designs, and deliverables created for clients is addressed in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-specific work product transfers to the client upon full payment.

Information submitted through contact forms, appointment bookings, or email is used to evaluate your request and communicate with you. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract. A project engagement begins only when both parties sign an agreed proposal or contract.

5. Testimonials & User Content

If you submit a testimonial or review, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, publish, and use that content on our website and marketing materials. You confirm that your submission is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers

Our website and general information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
